Sea level rise map - Lake Victoria and Swan bay (Bellarine Peninsular)

This map shows Lake Victoria and the south-western side od Swan Bay. Areas that are likely to be inundated by a 1m sea level rise, are indicated by grayish-blue squares. The map can be zoomed and panned, and the degree of inundation can be changed. The map does not include estimates of inundation effects due to floods and storm surges.

Note: The data for this map comes from NASA, and the elevation data appears to be at a rather course scale. This leads to a degree of error in the inundation estimates. Use the maps as a rough guide to inundation threats only. No responsibilities for inaccuracies is accepted by the authors of this website.
